Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены особенности продвижения бизнес-модели предприятия в современных условиях, основные тренды 2017 года, а также опыт основателя дисконтной торговли Сэма Уолтона и создателя множества стартапов Алексея Черняка. Успешная компания и построение ее бизнес-модели – это не спринт, а марафон. Поэтому очень важным является не только построение и реализация бизнес-модели, а также правильное представление ее целевой аудитории. От того, насколько востребован будет продукт, производимый или продаваемый компанией, зависит ее финансовое положение.
