Abstract

В статье особое внимание уделяется экономическим преступлениям коррупционной направленности, которые рассматриваются с точки зрения оперативно-розыскной и криминалистической составляющей, а также рассматривается характеристика личности преступника и обстановка, в которой совершается данное преступление.

This article pays special attention to the economic crimes of corruption, which are considered from the point of view of operational-search and forensic component, as well as the characteristics of the offender and the situation in which the crime is committed.
