Abstract

В статье показана динамика изменения содержания лактоферрина и среднемолекулярных пептидов в секрете околоушных слюнных желез у больных хроническим паренхиматозным сиаладенитом при обострении заболевания и в период ремиссии в зависимости от стадии и активности хронического воспалительного процесса. Выявлено, что у больных с этой патологией целесообразно проводить мониторинг содержания биохимических показателей, которые можно использовать как интегральный показатель воспалительных и метаболических нарушений в слюнной железе и с целью коррекции проводимого лечения.
