Реализация нетрадиционных форм как эффективный способ работы наставника с обучающимся

Abstract

В статье представлены преимущества использования нетрадиционных форм обучения в работе наставника с обучающимся. В частности, автор раскрывает роль интерактивных методов, игр, проектов и других нестандартных подходов в повышении мотивации и активности учащихся. Предлагаются конкретные примеры использования данных методов и практические советы по их применению. Исследование показывает, что использование нетрадиционных форм обучения способствует более эффективному обучению, развитию профессиональных и творческих навыков и улучшению отношений учащихся с наставником.
