Теоретико-методологические основы подготовки преподавателей вуза к педагогическому сопровождению аккультурации иностранных студентов

Abstract

Современный этап развития высшего образования в России характеризуется интенсификацией международных образовательных обменов. В статье рассмотрены языковые, бытовые, психофизиологические, учебно-познавательные, социально-психологические барьеры, с которыми сталкиваются иностранные студенты на этапе аккультурации в российских вузах. Предложена последовательность этапов подготовки преподавателей вуза к педагогическому сопровождению аккультурации иностранных студентов. Представлена совокупность организационно-управленческих и психолого-педагогических условий подготовки преподавателей вуза к педагогическому сопровождению аккультурации иностранных студентов.
