Клинические, иммунологические и психические особенности у больных красным плоским лишаем

Abstract

Автором проведено изучение активности иммунорегуляторных цитокинов ИЛ-2, ИФН-γ и характеристик эмоциональноличностной сферы у больных красным плоским лишаем. Установлено, что показатель иммунорегуляторных цитокинов ИЛ-2, ИНФ-γ зависит от формы красного плоского лишая. У алекситимичных пациентов показатель среднего балла тревоги соответствовал умеренной форме тревожного состояния, достоверно чаще выявлялось сочетание алекситимии с экстернальным типом личности (36,8%), которое в большем проценте случаев регистрировалось у женщин (22,8%).
