Abstract

Институциональные преобразования совершаются в результате и деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов, носящей рыночный характер, и целенаправленной экономической политики государства. Рыночный мотив хозяйствующих субъектов под воздействием целенаправленной политики государства меняется на осознанно-рыночный или конкурентно-партнерский. Становление эффективного и социально приемлемого хозяйственного порядка в современных условиях перехода к экономике устойчивого развития немыслимо без активной, единой и всеобъемлющей политики конкурентно-рыночного порядка.
