Abstract

Информационные системы управления персоналом (ИСУП) – это системы, которые объединяют системы управления персоналом (УП) и информационные системы (ИС) для быстрого, простого и удобного способа управления и отчетности по кадровым и материальным ресурсам в организации. Данное исследование фокусируется на уровне влияния ИСУП в секторе торговли путем переоценки его функций, проблем, перспектив и выгод для торговли. Далее исследование фокусируется на торговых точках, которые используют ИСУП для изучения того, насколько эффективным является внедрение ИСУП, какие преимущества эти системы могут предложить и какой вклад они могут внести в организацию.
