Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается проблема качества кофе, поступающего на российский рынок, проводятся методы исследования органолептических, физико-химических методов с полным соответствием ГОСТ 32776–2014 «Кофе растворимый. Общие технические условия с соблюдением требований технического регламента Таможенного союза «О безопасности пищевой продукции» или нормативных правовых актов, действующих на территории государства, принявшего стандарт».
