Обзор современных исследований эффективности психотерапии

Abstract

В данной статье автор поднимает актуальную проблему эффективности психотерапии. Особое внимание уделено определению научности психотерапии. Приведены основные критерии эффективности психотерапии. Представлена также периодизация развития исследований, посвященных эффективности психотерапии. В работе дан анализ научных изысканий в области определения факторов и критериев эффективности психотерапии, применяемых в личностно-ориентированной (реконструктивной) психотерапии и используемых современными исследователями. Данная проблема мало изучена и требует дальнейших исследований. Делается общий вывод о необходимости четкого определения эффективности психотерапии и построения ее в научном русле.
