В статье предложен анализ первой монографии об известном педагоге-компаративисте Н.А. Ганце на фоне посвященных ему историко-педагогических исследований 2010-х гг. Акцентирована важность сделанного авторами для расширения современных представлений об истории педагогической эмиграции 1920–1930-х гг.
