В статье поднята проблема противодействия коррупции в организациях с государственным участием. Рассмотрены масштабы и сферы коррупционных проявлений. Отмечено, что в наибольшей мере коррупционные проявления характерны в сфере госзакупок. Приведена динамика нарушений законодательства в сфере госзакупок. Обосновывается вывод о том, что сложившуюся ситуацию с коррупционным проявлением в организациях с государственным участием необходимо решать посредством использования регуляторов, связанных с антикоррупционной стандартизацией.

The article raises the problem of combating corruption in the organizations with state participation. Considered the scale and scope of corruption. It is noted that in most typical corruption in public procurement. The dynamics of violations of legislation in the sphere of public procurement. The conclusion is that the situation with corruption in the organizations with state participation need to be addressed through the use of controllers associated with the standardization of anti-corruption.
