Проектирование главного привода для перемешивателя сыпучих смесей на базе передачи с промежуточными телами качения

Abstract

В статье описан принцип проектирования привода на базе передачи с ПТКиСО для перемешивателя сыпучих смесей. Исследована зависимость исходных параметров и построены графики распределения усилий на телах качения передачи с ПТКиСО. На основе анализа исходных параметров были выбраны оптимальные исходные параметры для определения геометрии профилей колес передачи. Произведен расчёт статической балансировки масс и спроектирован главный привод перемешивателя сыпучих смесей.
