Прочностные характеристики полимерцементного композита для аддитивных технологий

Abstract

Авторами изучены прочностные и адгезионные свойства модифицированного полимерцементного мелкозернистого бетона на основе поливинилацетатной дисперсии, разработанного для промышленного 3D-принтера. Выявлены оптимальные условия твердения композита. Доказано, что полученный полимерцементный композит превосходит контрольный песчано-цементный образец по прочности на изгиб, на сжатие и по прочности адгезионного шва между слоями, что обуславливает возможность использования разработанного состава для аддитивных технологий.
