Abstract

В статье отмечено, что работа в команде с давних пор считалась более продуктивной. Руководители компаний стремились нанимать на работу людей, которые умеют работать в команде и которые привнесут свой вклад в будущее развитие компании. В нынешних условиях постоянного развития – умение работать в команде стало требованием к сотрудникам, без которого работа не приносит успеха. Но теперь руководителям мало сотрудников, которые «просто» умеют работать в команде, им нужны люди, готовые подстраиваться под любые условия, вливаться в любой коллектив и успешно выполнять работу. Для этого необходимо владеть знаниями о методах работы с командой и технологиях командообразования.
