Развитие системы валютного регулирования и валютного контроля России в условиях экономических санкций

Abstract

Влияние экономических и политических санкций, введенных США и Евросоюзом против России, оказало существенное влияние на российский банковский рынок, на возможность привлечения иностранного капитала в рамках валютного регулирования. Можно говорить о широком спектре тактических подходов Банк Банка России в целях регулирования и контроля валютных операций и нормативно-правового обеспечения механизма валютного регулирования и валютного контроля. Основными задачами статьи является определение текущей ситуации на банковском рынке в сфере валютного регулирования и определение направлений по совершенствованию технологии валютного контроля в целях повышения его эффективности.
