Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблематика охраны труда в России. Проводится анализ различных точек зрения о понятии и содержании охраны труда и отрасли трудового права. Обращаясь к Трудовому кодексу, к ст. 209, можно сделать вывод о том, что охрана труда – это не что иное, как совокупность норм трудового права, которая направленная на сохранение жизни и здоровья работников в процессе трудовой деятельности.
