Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме ведения современного бизнеса, условия которого существенно изменились. Одним из ключевых факторов успеха в бизнесе является получение прибыли путем исполнения потребностей своих клиентов, но без нанесения урона обществу и экологии. В работе изучены основные положения концепции социально‐этического маркетинга и перечислены преимущества от ее использования. В настоящее время фирмы принимают решения, опираясь на следующие факторы: извлечение выгоды, удовлетворение потребностей своих клиентов и интересов общества.
