Abstract

В статье раскрыта сущность организационно-экономического развития производственного подразделения угольного разреза, комплекс ключевых показателей планирования развития, основанный на ряде принципов. Приведены результаты исследования и установлено, что качество планирования организационно-экономического развития оказывает определяющее влияние на эффективность деятельности производственных подразделений. Описан экономический эффект от применения предложенного методического подхода на одном из угольных разрезов компании СУЭК.
