Abstract

В статье рассматриваются дискуссионные аспекты толкования и оценки действий посредника в процессе дачи или получения взятки (ст. 291.1 УК РФ), авторы анализируют обоснованность и актуальность внесения в диспозицию исследуемой нормы криминообразующего порога в размере 25 тысяч рублей, исследуют проблемы правоприменительной практики в процессе квалификации посредничества во взяточничестве.
