Особенности экспериментальной установки экстракции функциональных пищевых ингредиентов

Abstract

В статье описан анализ экспериментальной установки, созданной для проверки возможности получения экстрактов функциональных ингредиентов из растительного сырья и оценки возможности их использования для изготовления функциональных продуктов питания.

The experimental setup was created to test the feasibility of extracting functional ingredients from plant materials and assess the feasibility of their use for the manufacture of functional foods.
