Abstract

The article discusses the method of evaluation of employee engagement in terms of a nonparametric estimate of the object. Methods for assessing the involvement of Q12 (Gallup) and Scriptunova E.A. were studied, which are difficult to consider universal and apply to all organizations without distinction. Therefore, to assess the personnel of the units in each organization, its own specific methodology for assessing engagement is needed.

Keywords

evaluation, непараметрический анализ, оценка, evaluation of employee, nonparametric estimation, method of Spearman's rank correlation ratio, метод ранговой корреляции Спирмена, вовлеченность персонала
