Сравнительно-правовой анализ института опьянения в уголовном праве России и Англии

Abstract

В статье проводится сравнительно-правовой анализ опьянения в уголовном праве Англии и отечественном уголовном праве. По мнению автора, институт опьянения в уголовном праве Англии рассмотрен более подробно, чем в отечественном законодательстве. Исследователь приходит к выводу, что уголовному праву РФ необходимо пересмотреть вопрос об учете состояния опьянения, о его видах и формах и внести существенные изменения в законодательную базу.
