Сравнительная характеристика методов определения белка в моче

Abstract

В данной статье авторами представлены результаты проведенного сравнительного изучения существующих методов определения патологического белка в моче: турбидиметрическое определение белка по реакции преципитации с сульфосалициловой кислотой; метод сухой химии, основанный на использовании тест-полосок, пропитанных раствором индикатора в буферном растворе; биуретовый метод; колориметрический метод на основе пирогаллолового красного. Провели определение белка в моче выбранными методами. Из 47 обработанных проб наличие белка в суточной моче было выявлено у 29 человек с помощью тест-полосок, у 33 человек – ССК-методом, у 44 людей – ПГК-методом и у 12 человек – биуретовым методом. Провели сравнительную характеристику высокоточных методов, таких как ССК и ПГК-методов и выявили наиболее удобный и выдающий лучшие результаты. У 54% больных, определяемые концентрации белка ССК-методом более 0,033г/л, предполагали наличие протеинурии, ПГК-методом протеинурию выявили только у 19% пациентов.
