Проблемы импортозамещения программного обеспечения в российской экономике

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема разработки и внедрения отечественных информационных технологий в различных отраслях народного хозяйства. Было показано, что ограничение импорта иностранных программных продуктов на территорию РФ послужит стимулятором роста отечественных разработок, позволив им занять первенство на мировом рынке.
