Инновационная личность: модель и условия формирования

Abstract

В статье дается понятие «инновационная личность», а также ее диалектическая суть. Предлагаются модели формирования инновационной личности через определяемую и неопределяемую внешнюю среду. Представлен инструмент, позволяющий рассчитывать экономическую эффективность функционирования контролируемой образовательно-воспитательной внешней среды. Приводится классификация инновационной личности на основе концепции «четыре «К» личности».
