Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос формирования информационной и цифровой грамотности населения, в частности детей. Авторы отмечают, что доступ несовершеннолетних к сайтам в сети «Интернет» дает им большие возможности, но использование интернета вместе с возможностями несет и риски.
