It is connected with requirements of the solution of complex challenges of big dimensions. Continuous growth of characteristics demands development and creation of essentially new computing means for support of their effective functioning.
Статья посвящена развитию микропроцессоров в обозримом будущем. Вывод данной работы заключается в том, что ученые и инженеры успешно преодолевают барьеры на пути повышения производительности элементов и систем. Авторы выдвигают предположение, что основная цель будущей нанотехнологии – создание структур, способных к эволюции и саморазвитию.
