Электронный модуль для анализа спектра ферромагнитного резонанса

Abstract

Описана методика исследования кинетики дислокационной структуры поверхности никеля при фрикционном воздействии методом ферромагнитного резонанса (ФМР). Описана принципиальная и электрическая схема электронного модуля, сопряжённого с радиоспектрометром ФМР. С использованием разработанного электронного устройства и программного обеспечения проведены исследования зависимости интенсивности отражённого электромагнитного поля от напряжённости внешнего магнитного поля для ряда образцов. Осуществлена автоматизация регистрируемых параметров с использованием аналого-цифрового преобразователя (АЦП).
