
The development of youth entrepreneurship is an important prerequisite for economic growth and socio-economic stability in the society. Extensive involvement of young people in entrepreneurial activity tends to reduce youth unemployment, as well as contributes to the creative potential and the implementation of innovative ideas in business practice. The problem consists that it is necessary to draw attention of society to questions of support of young entrepreneurs. A research purpose is studying of specifics of an entrepreneurship of the Russian youth, of difficulties and prospects of development of their business. In the article authors analyze Russian and foreign experience to promote business initiatives of young entrepreneurs. Particular attention is paid to the role of government in promote entrepreneurial activity of youth. The results of the survey of young entrepreneurs and experts revealed the main problems that limit the development of youth entrepreneurship and offer recommendations to overcome them.
В статье рассмотрен российский и зарубежный опыт содействия деловым инициативам молодых предпринимателей. Особый акцент сделан на роли государства в создании условий, способствующих повышению предпринимательской активности молодежи. На основании данных социологического опроса молодых предпринимателей и экспертов выявлены основные проблемы, ограничивающие развитие молодежного предпринимательства, и предложены рекомендации по их преодолению.
