Abstract

Статья посвящена особенностям подготовки вожатых к социально-педагогической деятельности в детском оздоровительном лагере при организации, проведении отдыха для детей из определенной категории. Данная проблема являются социально важной, так как социальная политика РФ уделяет особое внимание данной категории детей. Сегодня вожатому необходима сформированность социально-педагогической компетентности, чтобы в полной мере использовать возможности детского оздоровительного лагеря для обеспечения развития детей и их полноценного отдыха в каникулярное время.

Article is devoted to features of training of leaders for social and pedagogical activity in a children's recreation camp at the organization, carrying out rest for children from a certain category. This problem are socially important as social policy of the Russian Federation pays special attention to this category of children. Today the formation of social and pedagogical competence is necessary for the leader fully to use possibilities of a children's recreation camp for ensuring development of children and their good rest in vacation time.
