COLOR REVOLUTIONS FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE

Abstract

This book explores the phenomenon of “color revolutions” in terms of its influence on the Russian Federation's foreign policy strategy and the system of international relations. It analyses the existing approaches to studying the phenomenon, its theoretical aspects and practical peculiarities, the problem of its definition taking into account relevant military and political approaches to conducting international struggle. The author offers insights into the problem of “regime change” practices in the context of Russian-American relations and the use of “color revolutions” as a means for shaping a new world order.

Книга посвящена изучению феномена «цветных революций» в контексте его влияния на внешнеполитическую стратегию Российской Федерации и систему международных отношений. В работе анализируются подходы к исследованию феномена, его теоретические аспекты и практические особенности, проблема детерминации феномена с учетом актуальных военно-политических подходов к ведению международного противоборства. В рамках монографии автор исследовал проблематику «свержения режимов» в контексте российско-американских отношений, а также рассмотрел феномен «цветных революций» в качестве инструмента формирования нового мирового порядка.
