Влияние пондеромоторных факторов на микроструктурные характеристики магния при электропластической деформации

Abstract

Представлены результаты теоретических и экспериментальных исследований влияния импульсного тока плотностью 103 А/мм2, длительностью 10-4 с и частотой 600–800 Гц на микроструктурные характеристики при реализации многоходовой электропластической прокатке магния. Рассмотрен вклад пондеромоторных факторов собственного магнитного и электрического полей на модификацию микроструктуры в условиях возбуждения электронной подсистемы металла при внешних электромагнитных воздействиях.
