
The article describes the experience of the introduction of the centers of public services "My Documents" in the city of Moscow. The analysis of the attitude of the population to these centers and knowledge of their functions and tasks is carried out. The problems of the development of the MFC in the city of Moscow are analyzed and directions for improving the MFC's activity in the city of Moscow are suggested.
В статье описан опыт внедрения центров государственных услуг «Мои документы» в городе Москве. Проведен анализ отношения населения к данным центрам и знание об их функциях и задачах. Проанализированы проблемы развития МФЦ в городе Москве и предложены направления со вершенствования деятельности МФЦ в городе Москве.
