THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH OF YOUNG SCIENTISTS

Abstract

На основании эмпирического исследования выявлен комплекс субъектных детерминантов, составляющих ядро успешности научно-исследовательской деятельности. Определены критерии и уровни успешности научноисследовательской деятельности (высокий, средний, низкий). Сформулированы практические рекомендации психологической работы по развитию успешности научно-исследовательской деятельности.

Abstraсt: The empirical research has revealed a complex of subject determinants, which form the core of research success . Criteria and levels of research success are determined (high, medium, low). Based o the results, the practical recommendations of psychological work on the correction and development of research success are formulated.
