Abstract

Авторы статьи поднимают вопрос личностно-профессионального самоопределения студента. На выбор профессии педагога влияет престижность, которая складывается из качественно-новой системы подготовки студента-будущего учителя и профориентационной работы. Авторы говорят о том, что на становление будущего педагога влияет педагогическое содействие. Помимо этого, в статье определены пути повышения уровня профессиональной подготовки и организации профессионального развития педагогов.
