Государственная должность: понятие, признаки, виды

Abstract

Рассмотрены понятие и признаки государственной должности на основе сравнительного анализа законодательства Республики Беларусь и законодательства стран СНГ. Выявлены характерные черты должности государственного служащего как организационной структуры и отличительные признаки государственной должности. Автором предложен ряд мер, реализация которых необходима для эффективного функционирования и совершенствования организации государственной службы в Республике Беларусь.
