Abstract

В настоящей статье проанализированы обычно-правовые нормы о сохранности животного мира и борьбе с браконьерством в Приарктическом регионе досоветской России. Намечены пути предупреждения гибели животных и водных биологических ресурсов. Обобщен научный и практический опыт в этой сфере человеческой деятельности для использования его в современных условиях.

In this paper we analyze rules of customary law on the preservation of wildlife and combat poaching in the Arctic region in pre-Soviet Russia. The ways of prevention of death of animals and aquatic biological resources. Generalized scientific and practical experience in the field of human activities for use in modern conditions.
