
В настоящей статье проанализированы обычно-правовые нормы о сохранности животного мира и борьбе с браконьерством в Приарктическом регионе досоветской России. Намечены пути предупреждения гибели животных и водных биологических ресурсов. Обобщен научный и практический опыт в этой сфере человеческой деятельности для использования его в современных условиях.
