
Был обследован 91 пациент. Это был ретроспективный фармакоэпидемиологический анализ медицинских документов больных, находившихся на лечении в 2015 г. в стационаре г. Волгограда. Результаты: у пациентов с калькулезным пиелонефритом и сахарным диабетом 2 типа наиболее часто встречаются возбудители инфекции E.coli. Наибольшей чувствительностью к E.coli обладали препараты: карбопенемы (меронем) - 89,4%, амоксициллин + клавулановая кислота - 61,5%, цефотаксим - 76%. Наибольшая резистентность E.coli выявлена к ципрофлоксацину и ампициллину.
91 patients were examined during the study. It was a retrospective pharmacoepidemiologic analysis of medical documents of the patients, who were treated in a hospital of Volgograd in 2013. Results: E.coli infectious agents are commonly found in the patients with calculous pyelonephritis and type 2 diabetes. The drugs with the greatest sensitivity to E.coli were: carbapenem - 89.4%, amoxicillin + clavulanic acid - 61.5%, cefotaxime - 76%. It was found that E.coli has the highest resistance to ciprofloxacin and ampicillin.
