Повышение эффективности функционирования промышленности строительных материалов Республики Беларусь за счет снижения негативного влияния сезонности производства

Abstract

В статье предлагается снизить отрицательное влияние сезонности на результаты функционирования промышленности строительных материалов Республики Беларусь. Способ снижения необходимо искать не в сглаживании сезонного цикла, так как это маловероятно осуществить, а наоборот, в использовании особенностей цикла. Рассмотрены циклы сезонности промышленности строительных материалов, строительства и инвестиций непроизводственного назначения. Предложен метод корректировки динамики инвестиций непроизводственного назначения. При использовании данного метода возможно повысить соответствие инвестиций потребностям в них.
