Рассмотрены превалирующие стратегии и тактики речевого поведения в ситуации конфликта, характерные для американской лингвокультуры. Материалом для исследования послужили конфликтные ситуации, выбранные в ходе анализа речевых характеристик героев телесериала "Scrubs”
