Совершенствование отдельных элементов системы материального стимулирования работников сельскохозяйственных организаций

Abstract

Обоснована необходимость поэтапной разработки показателей материального стимулирования труда. С этой целью предлагается провести алгоритмизацию данного процесса и выделить четыре этапа с обоснованием системы оценочных показателей для каждого этапа. Представлена альтернативная модель определения размера премиальных выплат в сельском хозяйстве, позволяющая обеспечить эффективную взаимосвязь денежного вознаграждения работников с результативностью их трудовой деятельности.
