Судебное истолкование норм о возмещении вреда, причиненного окружающей среде

Abstract

В статье автором затронуты вопросы возмещения вреда, причиненного окружающей среде. Исследуется возможность компенсации морального вреда и вреда, причиняемого здоровью в связи с экологическими правонарушениями. Проводится анализ ключевых положений Постановления Пленума Верховного Суда Российской Федерации от 30 ноября 2017 г. № 49 "О некоторых вопросах применения законодательства о возмещении вреда, причиненного окружающей среде".
