Рассматривается проблема профессиональных рисков, обусловленных функциями речевого общения; в качестве адаптационного механизма к экстремальным ситуациям профессиональной деятельности выступает коммуникативная компетентность, что доказывается на материалах исследования деятельности специалистов, принимающих решения в состоянии эмоциональной напряженности, провоцирующей профессиональные риски
