Антимикробные свойства эфирного масла Pseudotsuga menziesii

Abstract

Методом паровой дистилляции получены образцы эфирного масла Pseudotsuga menziesii, интродуцированной в Республике Беларусь. С применением газожидкостной хроматографии идентифицировано и определено более 20 компонентов. Доминирующими компонентами являлись борнилацетат (-25-30 %), камфен (-14-15 %), а-пинен (-7-8 %), [3-пинен (-8-10 %). Показаны особенности распределения энантиомеров основных компонентов эфирного масла Pseudotsuga menziesii. Установлена его оптическая чистота по (-)-борнилацетату. Выявлена антимикробная активность эфирного масла Pseudotsuga menziesii в отношении тестовых культур грамположительных и грамотрицательных бактерий. Грамположительные бактериальные культуры оказались более чувствительными к ингибирующему действию эфирного масла. Показано влияние оптической активности доминирующих компонентов эфирного масла на его антимикробные свойства.
