
This article explores the possibilities of stimulating the return of compatriots in science intensiveindustries, identifies the problems of their return and how to stimulate the influx of specialists in the science-intensive industry. The possible positive consequences of attracting specialists of a science-intensive industry onthe development of science and the economy as a whole have been studied.
