Problems and prospects of domestic emigration of highly qualified specialists in the science-intensive industry

Abstract

This article explores the possibilities of stimulating the return of compatriots in science intensiveindustries, identifies the problems of their return and how to stimulate the influx of specialists in the science-intensive industry. The possible positive consequences of attracting specialists of a science-intensive industry onthe development of science and the economy as a whole have been studied.

В данной статье изучены возможности стимулирования возврата соотечественни ков в наукоемких отраслях, выявлены проблемы их возврата и как можно стимулировать приток спе циалистов в наукоемкой отрасли. Изучены возможные положительные последствия от привлечения специалистов наукоемкой отрасли на развитие науки и экономики в целом.
