Компьютерная морфометрия в систематике льна культурного (Linum usitatissimum L.)

Abstract

Исследованы анатомо-морфологические характеристики 22 сортов льна культурного пяти подвидов (subsp. elongatum Vav. et Ell., subsp. usitatissimum convar. intermedium Czernom., subsp. usitatissimum convar. humile Czernom., subsp. mediterraneum Vav. et Е11., subsp crepitans Boenn.). Использован комплексный подход, включающий метод сканирующей электронной микроскопии в сочетании с компьютерным анализом полученных изображений, который позволил идентифицировать морфологические различия клеток волокна разных подвидов, выявить корреляционные зависимости между структурно-функциональными параметрами элементарых волокон, качеством волокна и технологическими характеристиками продуктивности сортов льна культурного. Выявлено, что кластеризация подвидов льна культурного по анатомо-морфологическим показателям волокна соответствует общепринятой классификации.
