Abstract

The article provides a classification of the methods most commonly used for the prevention, allevia-tion and elimination of the effects of professional burnout. The results of their use on the state of the staff are characterized. Assumptions about possible effects of exposure to prevent professional burn-out are expressed.

В статье приведена классификация методов, наиболее часто применяемых для профилактики, ослабления и ликвидации последствий профессионального выгорания. Охарактеризованы ре-зультаты их применения на состояние персонала. Высказаны предположения о возможных це-лях воздействия по предотвращению профессионального выгорания.
