MODERN APPROACHES TO DESIGNING, OPERATION, AND RECONSTRUCTION OF SOLID MUNICIPAL WASTE LANDFILLS

Abstract

The article describes the main principles for the design, operation, and reclamation of solid municipal waste landfills. The main points of implementation of the management system for solid municipal waste landfills have been identified. The results of a comparative analysis of the main current documents on the disposal of solid municipal waste are presented in the paper. Based on the data obtained, proposals have been developed to modify existing approaches in the management of solid municipal waste landfills.

В статье выделены основные принципы осуществления проектирования, эксплуатации и рекультивации полигонов твердых коммунальных отходов. Выявлены основные пункты реализации системы управления полигонами твердых коммунальных отходов. Приведены результаты сравнительного анализа основных действующих документов по реализации захоронения твердых коммунальных отходов. На основе полученных данных разработаны предложения по модификации существующих подходов в области управления полигонами твердых коммунальных отходов.
