Abstract

Разработана методика очистки хитозана Bombyx mori. Определены физико-химические характеристики очищенных образцов хитозана. Показана высокая степень чистоты очищенных образцов, увеличение растворимости, уменьшение зольности. Разработанная методика обеспечивает получение высокоочищенного хитозана высокого качества из местного сырья, способного удовлетворять потребностям потребителей
